Design Bureau Proship was founded in 2015, the company specializes in design, engineering and consulting services in shipbuilding.
We pay special attention to improving the reliability and economic attractiveness of the proposed technical solutions. This is achieved through the use of modern software that allows early design stages to perform mathematical modeling of future products under any operating conditions, primarily to solve strength and hydrodynamic problems.
Our core competencies:
- engineering analysis in the field of dynamics and strength of structures, fluid and gas dynamics, coupled analysis in various industries (shipbuilding, production of lifting equipment, chemical engineering, etc.);
- sailing tests and optimization of seaworthiness of the ship in the virtual pool;
- development of working design and plasma technological documentation (RCD and PDD) using 3D modeling technologies.
The office is equipped with the software:
- Cadmatic for the development of 3D models and documentation (RCD, PDD);
- ANSYS Mechanical for Strength;
- Lira-Soft, SCAD for solving rod systems;
- Siemens Star-CCM+, OpenFoam for simulating ship hydrodynamics.
Computer modeling is performed on 128 core workstations based on AMD EPYC 7742 processors.
Our team consists of 12 design and computational engineers, for large tasks it is possible to scale up to 30 engineers.
